Job Description
The person in this role will be responsible for supporting the Contract Operations team by processing capital and study supply contracts and purchases for multiple Client's sites for Product Development (PD).
Responsibilities :
- Enter equipment or services requisitions into the appropriate system
- Follow up with customers, partners and vendors as needed
- Update tracking systems from order to invoice
- Monitor orders to ensure timely completion of workflow
- Perform administrative functions to support Contract Operations
- Provide updates to management as needed
