Required Qualifications :
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- 3 years of Technical Product Management / Product Owner or equivalent experience
- 2 years working knowledge of the Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe®) methodology and system development life cycle concepts
- 2 years of experience writing features / user stories, requirements, testing and collaborating with Development / Engineering teams
- 2 years working knowledge of system development life cycle concepts and Agile methodology
- Demonstrated success defining and launching products in an Agile environment
- Experience translating business processes into analytical solutions
- Experience using an Agile development platform such as TFS / Rally to manage development backlogs
- Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously; strategic thinking with ability to build solid working relationships across organizational teams in a fast-paced and changing environment
- Demonstrated ability to grasp technical processes quickly
