Futsal Development Academy is looking for passionate and committed coaches to join our team! If you have a strong soccer or futsal background and want to take on a leadership role in player development, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
đź“Ť Location: Louisville, KY
⏳ Commitment: Minimum 1 year (Spring–Winter)
🏆 Season Structure:
- Spring–Fall: Training & Some Summer League Games
- Winter: Core Futsal Season (League Games & Travel to Tournaments)
âš˝ Responsibilities:
- Lead futsal training sessions after being trained by Igor Ibrahimkadić (see below)
- Coach teams in winter league games (Louisville area) and travel to winter tournaments
- Coach some summer league games
- Develop players’ technical skills and tactical understanding in a competitive, structured environment
- Foster a positive and engaging atmosphere for young athletes
👤 Ideal Candidate:
- Strong playing or coaching background in soccer or futsal
- Leadership skills and ability to manage a team
- Committed to a 1-year coaching role (Spring–Winter)
- Passionate about player development and youth sports
🔹 About Igor Ibrahimkadić:
Igor, the founder of Futsal Development Academy, has extensive experience in both futsal and outdoor soccer. He has competed internationally as a member of the USA National Futsal Team, representing Team USA in high-level tournaments. His background also includes professional experience in Italy and Bosnia, bringing a wealth of knowledge to the academy. All new coaches will receive training from Igor before taking the lead in sessions.
