Job Title : Senior Integrated Marketing Manager - Chinese Market Focus

About the Team & Role :

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Integrated Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts targeting the Chinese community in the USA. This role will be crucial in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies to grow our retail brokerage business among Chinese-American clients and prospects.

This role must be based at the office locations specified in the job description, in line with our in-office work philosophy. Remote work is not available for this position. For more details about our in-office approach and expectations, please reach out to the recruiter.

What You'll Do :

Develop and implement comprehensive integrated marketing strategies to reach and engage Chinese-American customers / Chinese immigrannts in the USA, with a strong emphasis on the New York market.

Lead the creation of culturally relevant and linguistically appropriate marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, social media, and events.

Reach out to Chinese resources in the US for strategical partnerships / events

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation across all touchpoints / acquisition marketing teams.

Manage and optimize the marketing budget to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.

Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities within the Chinese-American community to inform marketing strategies.

Oversee the development of marketing materials in both English and Chinese, ensuring accuracy and cultural sensitivity.

Build and maintain relationships with key Chinese-American community organizations, media outlets, and influencers in New York and other major US cities.

Lead a team of marketing professionals and coordinate with external agencies to execute marketing initiatives.

Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Ensure all marketing activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

What You Bring :

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.

5-8 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a senior role, preferably in financial services or retail brokerage.

Good access to Chinese resources in the US market.

Proven track record of developing and executing successful integrated marketing campaigns targeting Chinese-American consumers.

Strong understanding of the Chinese-American / new immigrants market in the USA, particularly in New York.

Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese (both written and spoken).

Deep knowledge of Chinese cultural nuances and consumer behavior in the USA.

Experience with financial services marketing and familiarity with regulatory requirements.

Required Skills :

Excellent strategic thinking and planning abilities.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and techniques, including social media platforms popular among Chinese-Americans (e.g., WeChat / Little Red Note).

Outstanding communication and presentation skills in both English and Chinese.

Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.

Experience in managing budgets and demonstrating ROI.

Base pay for a successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected salary range for this role is $120,000 - $140,000 . This role is also eligible to participate in our discretionary bonus plan.
