What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Analyst position at Futuramic Tool & Engineering?
Must be able to adhere to quality and safety standards as well as quality assurance procedures and processes.
Familiarity with corrective action plans, non-conformance issues, and continuous improvement.
Must understand all contractural requirements and verifying compliance through desk and physical audits.
Must be able to compile all certifications and test results for presentation to the customers.
Must have strong attention to detail.
Must have analytical and problem solving abilities.
Must be honest and trustworthy in review of results.
Must be able to interpret and implement quality assurance standard and provide accurate and comprehensive feedback to customers and colleagues.
Must have unrestricted dexterity and be able to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, balance, rotate body, unlimited use of arms, hand and fingers, be able to stand for long periods of time and be able to lift 30 lbs. minimum.
High school diploma required.
5 years manufacturing experience
2 years technical trianing
Must be proficient in the use of basic measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, scale, etc.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
