Future Classic is looking for a highly organized, innovative, and ambitious Digital Marketer to work closely with artists, managers, and internal teams to drive digital marketing initiatives. This role involves developing and executing creative campaigns to grow artists' online presence, fanbase, and overall brand visibility.

What You'll Do :
Digital Marketing Campaigns :
Design and implement innovative digital marketing campaigns (short form content, socials, SEO, email / text marketing, web development, data capture, advertising) to grow fanbases and build awareness for artists
Collaborate with artists, artist management, and internal teams (A&R, Marketing, etc.) to develop strategic content creation and curation to enhance artists' digital profiles
Manage, monitor, and optimize advertising campaigns across digital platforms to maximize engagement and growth
Identify opportunities in the digital space for artist projects (e.g. a viral trend on short form channels), devise artist-tailored strategies to seize the opportunity, and execute them effectively
Assist in the creation of content strategies, editorial calendars, and publishing schedules for social media and online platforms
Content Management & Analytics :
Research, gather, plan, and post compelling content that aligns with artists' voices, tones, and styles
Manage and ensure quality control across artists' digital and social media profiles (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, X, etc.).
Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to the team
Track and report data from analytics platforms (Spotify for Artists, Apple Music for Artists, Chartmetric) to understand trends and optimize campaigns
Collaboration & Relationship Building :
Build and maintain strong relationships with artists, managers, social platforms, and internal teams to drive collaboration and success
Serve as a key point of contact for digital marketing initiatives, taking initiative and ownership of projects from inception to execution
Project Management :
Coordinate with marketing, A&R and other departments to execute fan engagement campaigns and music consumption opportunities across the Future Classic catalogue
Handle multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that deadlines are met and campaigns are successfully executed
Who You Are :
At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, artist management, digital sales, or influencer marketing or other music industry roles
Experience with content creation tools (e.g. Photoshop) and video editing software (e.g. Capcut)
Deep understanding of key marketing platforms and techniques (CRM tools, pixel retargeting, social media advertising, Google Suite).
Experience with analytics platforms like Spotify for Artists, Apple Music for Artists, and Chartmetric
Strong proficiency in data analysis and research to provide actionable insights
Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to adapt and excel in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Familiarity with running digital advertising campaigns and managing budgets
Strong business acumen with a diplomatic and collaborative mindset
