Job Overview
Future Concepts Computer Specialists has been providing tech support for businesses and individuals for over 35 years. Our managed and on demand services include services and support for networks and servers, system repair and maintenance (on site, in house and remote), data transfer and recovery, backup services and much more. Our team is focused on quality customer service and speedy resolutions of customer problems.
Duties
Manage, diagnose and maintain network systems and security (Switch, Router, Firewall, Access Points)
Routine maintenance of equipment
Client data backup and restoration
Technical procedures documentation
Helpdesk support for hardware and software
Other duties as assigned
Occasional to rare after-hours projects as needed
Requirements
Desktop support for hardware and software, including Office 365
Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems. – Windows 10 and 11
Familiarity with Active Directory, Group Policy, and other directory services
Basic understanding of networking concepts and protocols
Excellent communication skills and ability to interact professionally with end-users and co-workers
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Drivers' License and Reliable transportation
WordPress experience a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
