Job Summary
Wright Technical Services is proud to represent a healthcare manufacturer for this role. The P21 Business Application Specialist will play a critical role in administering, configuring, supporting, upgrading, and managing the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, primarily Prophet 21 and JobBOSS. This position will also contribute to crafting reports, managing integrations, and providing end-user support. The successful candidate will collaborate with various departments, including Sales, Quality, and Purchasing, to ensure ERP systems and related tools meet business needs efficiently and effectively.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree is highly preferred for this role.
- Four (4) year degree in Technology Services or equivalent.
- Proven experience administering and managing ERP systems (Prophet 21 and / or JobBOSS experience preferred).
- Proficiency in creating and managing reports using Crystal Reports, Power BI, Phocas, or similar tools.
- Strong knowledge of database administration, particularly Microsoft SQL Server.
- Familiarity with EDI integrations and related technologies.
- Experience providing end-user support in a ticketing system such as Jira.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments and external vendors.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Preferred Skills :
- Experience with Avalara Tax.
- Familiarity with GIT (revision control system).
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server and PowerShell scripting.
- SQL development experience
