Position Overview
The Facilitator is responsible for all aspects of training and recruiting for our Distribution Center
Responsibilities
- Orientation of new hires
- Annual training for all employees
- Maintaining training database
- Development of staff
-Sourcing quality candidates using a variety of internal and external resources.
-Candidate selection and assessment through initial telephone screenings and interviewing (evaluation of skills, knowledge and experience: relating to job requirements).
-Closing the selected candidates, extending the offers of employment and preparing them for their start of employment.
-Participating in external recruitment functions, including: high school career fairs, off-site and on-site job fairs.
-Generating reports, statistics
-Special projects
Qualifications and Experience
-A University degree in a field related to personnel management, such as: Human Resources, Industrial Relations or Psychology
- Prior training experience
-Interviewing or recruiting experience (minimum 3 years preferred)
-Strong communication skills
-Proficient with MS Office, Power Point, etc.
