Full Charge Bookkeeper
Future Formulations is a Tucson dietary supplement company serving global health professional and retail markets. We are looking for a highly skilled, flexible Full Charge Bookkeeper to join a team dedicated to helping people thrive in a stressful world.
Full time - Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:30pm / 7:30am -4:00pm
Centrally located in Tucson

Full Charge Bookkeeper Requirements:
4 years as full charge bookkeeper
4 years of QuickBooks experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel
Extensive knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
Competence in financial statement preparation
Proficiency creating reports, specifically QuickBooks reports
Bookkeeping experience with e-commerce wholesale and retail businesses
Up-to-date skillset and familiarity with internet and computer technology
High level of organization, attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to prepare budget forecast, monthly, quarterly, and annually
Ability to think clearly and resourcefully
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to easily and quickly switch activities
Ability to work independently and as a team member
Dependable with a solid work ethic
Positive, can-do attitude
Ability to work with a computer, keyboard, and screen for up to 8-hours
Ability to operate with a telephone for up to 8-hours
Ability to work at a direct desk for up to 8-hours
Full Charge Bookkeeper Responsibilities:
Direct report to General Manager
Management of the financial accounts for four companies within this organization
Weekly accounts receivable cycle, including preparation of monthly invoices and maintaining customer and vendor records
Weekly accounts payable cycle, including purchase orders and vendor records maintenance
Bank, credit card reconciliations
Monthly P&L and Balance Sheet preparation
Preparation of monthly reports and journal entries
General ledger maintenance
Other duties and responsibilities as required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
