Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Concierge Check-In Specialist to provide
exceptional guest services for our luxury vacation rental properties. The ideal candidate will be
responsible for ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outs, assisting guests with inquiries,
coordinating concierge services, and delivering a seamless guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Check-In and Check-Out
• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Coordinate and perform in-person or remote check-ins and check-outs.
• Verify guest identity, confirm reservations, and collect any required deposits or
fees.
• Provide guests with property tours (if applicable) and explain house rules,
amenities, and check-out procedures.
Guest Support
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone, email, or messaging platforms
(e.g., Airbnb, VRBO).
• Assist guests with special requests such as early check-in, late check-out, or
additional services.
• Address and resolve guest complaints or issues in a professional and timely
manner.
Concierge Services
• Offer and coordinate additional services, such as airport transfers, event
planning, or dinner reservations.
• Promote upsell opportunities, such as spa services, transportation to the beach,
or local experiences.
• Maintain relationships with local vendors and service providers to enhance the
guest experience.
Administrative Duties
• Maintain detailed records of guest interactions, payments, and service requests.
• Ensure accurate documentation of any damage deposits and refunds.
• Monitor booking platforms and ensure all guest information is up-to-date.
• Communicate with cleaning staff to confirm property readiness before guest
arrivals.
Property Maintenance Support
• Conduct light property inspections during check-in and check-out to ensure
everything is in order.
• Report any damages or maintenance issues to the appropriate team.
• Ensure that supplies (e.g., welcome kits) are stocked and available for guests.
Other Duties
• Stay knowledgeable about the local area to provide recommendations on dining,
activities, and attractions.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
• Support management with additional tasks as needed.
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality or customer service
experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations with professionalism.
• Proficient in using booking platforms (e.g., Airbnb, VRBO) and communication
tools.
• Familiarity with the Miami area and local attractions is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
as needed.
