We are seeking a skilled Attic Insulation Installer to join the team IMMEDIATELY. As an Attic Insulation Installer, you will be responsible for installing blown-in or batt insulation in attics, ensuring proper coverage, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. This role requires working in tight and warm spaces, making it ideal for someone comfortable with physical labor and teamwork.
The opportunity will involve the following tasks:
- Remove insulation and roofing debris from attics.
- Replace with new insulation.
- Staple radiant barrier foil to ceiling.
- Previous experience in attic insulation with vehicles loaded with all products(s), tools and equipment are MANDATORY.
Qualifications:
- Ability to work in hot, dusty, and confined attic spaces for extended periods.
- You must be physically fit and able to lift heavy materials.
- Experience in insulation, construction, or roofing is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidates.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Strong commitment to safety protocols.
Your Responsibilities:
- As an Attic Insulation Installer, you will be responsible for installing blown-in or batt insulation in attics, ensuring proper coverage, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- This role requires working in tight and warm spaces, making it ideal for someone comfortable with physical labor and teamwork
- Install blown-in or batt insulation in attics following company standards
- Review your daily work schedule and ensure the vehicle is loaded with all products(s), tools and equipment for the day - MANDATORY
- Remove old insulation when necessary.
- Ensure insulation is applied evenly and efficiently for maximum energy savings.
- Work in tight, enclosed attic spaces while following safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site during and after installation.
- Work as part of a crew and follow supervisor instructions.
- Safely unload and stage material at job site.
- Report safety, customer or quality concerns.
Travel Requirements
Type of Travel Required to job sites: Local to DC, MD and VA.
Physical Requirements
- Able to lift 50 lbs. unassisted to load and unload various products. Climb, stoop, kneel, crawl, and stand to perform daily work and ladder climbing, as needed.

Pay: $200.00 - $600.00 per day (Net Pay is 45 days)
