The PCI Enablement Lead will act as the primary liaison between the organization’s payment channels, the PCI compliance team, and external auditors. This role ensures smooth communication, compliance alignment, and timely execution of PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the payment industry, PCI compliance, and cross-functional project management.
You should have experience with e-commerce or similar organizations (web, mobile, Agent, Kiosk, F&B) that deal with card present/ card not present scenarios. You should understand AWS and similar tech stacks well and network segmentation from a PCI standpoint. You should have worked with multiple teams dealing with CDE and non-CDE environments.
Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary point of contact between payment channels, PCI compliance teams, and external auditors.
• Collaborate with the PCI team to ensure accurate understanding and application of PCI DSS requirements across payment channels.
• Coordinate audits, assessments, and evidence collection, ensuring timely and thorough responses to auditor requests.
• Provide guidance to internal teams on PCI DSS requirements, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
• Stay informed of changes to PCI standards and communicate impacts to relevant stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with payment channel owners, PCI team members, and auditors.
