Future Psych Ketamine clinics is Myrtle Beach's most highly reviewed emotional health clinic, and we are looking for an excellent communicator for the position of office assistant. The ideal candidate is organized and friendly. Must be able to work in a busy environment and be able to multitask. The primary functions of this position will be to engage patients and acquire and enter demographic and insurance information into the electronic health system. The candidate will also schedule appointments, check in/check out patients, and collect co-pays and balances. The candidate will need to help file medical records and perform other miscellaneous tasks related to patient care and confidential records. This position requires an individual with excellent communication skills, a warm, caring attitude, and the ability to work well with a team. Previous experience as an office assistant or similar profession is preferred.

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
