As a Home Exterior Renovation Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in the success of our exterior renovation projects. You'll work closely with our sales team, homeowners, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution and deliver high-quality results.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate home exterior renovation projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results
- Collaborate with sales representatives to receive contracts and confirm project scope with homeowners
- Schedule installation dates and manage necessary paperwork for material orders and installer assignments
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue through the sale of additional products
- Verify product installations meet manufacturer requirements and work orders
- Maintain open communication with homeowners and installers throughout the project lifecycle
- Manage job site logistics, including dumpsters, porta-johns, and OSHA-level safety
- Conduct thorough inspections to ensure jobs are completed correctly and according to scope
- Collect and utilize data to improve project efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Work closely with our CRM team to log returned materials and maintain accurate inventory data
Requirements:
- Proven experience of at least 3 years in construction account management, project management, or a similar role
- Experience in residential exterior construction and safety, with roofing/siding preferred
- Proficient in using CRM software, Job Nimbus preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work in various outdoor environments and adapt to different job scenarios
