Our mission is to become the leading provider of exterior home remodeling services in New Jersey, and we're seeking a skilled Field Marketing Manager to help us achieve this goal.
You'll work closely with our CEO and management team to develop and implement strategic plans that drive business growth and success. Your primary focus will be on executing daily door-to-door canvassing, trade shows, home shows, fairs, festivals, and other community-driven events to generate valuable leads.
You'll also share your knowledge and expertise by training new associates and mentoring a team of field marketing representatives. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to earn additional bonuses, revenue share, and other incentives based on performance and results.
