Job Title : Lead Generation Specialist
Reports To : Managing Director; Head of Sales EMEA BPC
Position Overview :
As the Lead Generation Specialist, you will hold the pivotal responsibility of seeking, identifying and nurturing potential new clients and leads, fostering new relationships to drive new business opportunities. Your role will encompass leveraging market tools, platforms and strategies to generate high-quality leads, targeting clients, identifying opportunities to create engaging sales pitches and delivering compelling presentations. By effectively communicating the value proposition of kdc / one's capabilities and innovation strength, you will represent kdc / one and carve the path for growth with new clients that align with our business goals within the beauty industry.
You will be a highly motivated, proactive, tenacious and result-driven individual, with exceptional and engaging communication skills. You will thrive on building rapport with potential new customers, understanding their needs and potential ; converting these opportunities into successful new business.
