As a key player in our in-home residential sales team, you will master the art of the "One-Call Close" while receiving best-in-class training, high-quality leads, and opportunities to maximize your earnings through additional self-generated sales.
You must be willing to travel across New Jersey, meeting customers wherever they are. Flexibility is key, as you’ll accommodate customer schedules with varying hours from Monday to Saturday.
Requirements
- Perform innovative and consultative in-home presentations from company-provided leads as well as self-generated appointments. Your ability to connect with clients and present our offerings compellingly will be essential in driving sales and building lasting relationships.
- Develop relationships with qualified prospective and existing customers, providing expert advice and ensuring a seamless customer experience from start to finish.
- Attend weekly company, team, and development meetings designed to keep you informed, motivated, and continuously improving. You'll receive valuable feedback, share experiences with peers, and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Maximize your earning potential by leveraging various outbound marketing techniques such as canvassing, networking events, and social networking to expand your reach, generate new leads, and earn even higher commissions.
Qualifications:
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation required.
- 2-5 Years of previous sales experience, focusing on in-person sales
- Experience in in-home sales, service sales, or construction sales preferred.
- Passionate, self-motivated, and goal-oriented with a desire for excellence.
- Relentless in perfecting your craft—always eager to learn and grow.
- Strong ability to present and retain extensive information.
- Able to work well both independently and within a team environment.
- Confident and articulate in public speaking.
- Ability to persevere through rejection and turn it into growth.
- A drive to become a better salesperson, professional, and leader.
- BA/BS preferred but not required.

Schedule & Location:
