Job Description:

Future Remodeling seeks top In-Home Sales Consultants in the nation. The ideal candidate is driven, self-motivated, passionate about learning, and excelling in exterior home remodeling.
This role suits someone who holds high standards of professionalism and integrity, adapts to situations, learns rapidly, and is driven by achievement and uncapped commission.
As a key player in our in-home residential sales team, you'll master the 'One-Call Close.' Comprehensive on-the-job training and education on all services will be provided. We seek individuals ready to learn and apply knowledge in real-world scenarios.
Training is extensive, but we provide tools for success. You must travel across New Jersey, meeting customers wherever they are. Flexibility is crucial, accommodating customers' schedules with varying hours from Monday to Saturday.

What You'll Do:
- Perform innovative and consultative in-home presentations from company-provided leads as well as self-generated appointments. Your ability to connect with potential clients and present our offerings compellingly drives sales and builds lasting customer relationships.
- Develop relationships with qualified prospective and existing customers. Understanding their needs, providing expert advice, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from start to finish is key to your success.
- Attend weekly company, team, and development meetings. These sessions keep you informed, motivated, and continuously improving. You'll receive valuable feedback, share experiences with peers, and stay up-to-date on industry trends and company strategies.
- We provide pre-qualified and pre-scheduled leads, but also opportunities to maximize earning potential by leveraging various outbound marketing techniques such as canvassing, networking events, and social networking to expand your reach and earn increased commissions.
Qualifications:
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation required.
- 3-8 years of relevant experience in in-home sales, service sales, and/or construction sales.
- Passionate, Self-motivated, and goal-oriented with a desire for excellence.
- Relentless at perfecting your craft. You want to be a student and continue to learn.
- Ability to learn, recite, and present extensive amounts of information.
- Thrive in a team environment but also work well independently.
- Able to manage time valuably, while still having schedule flexibility.
- Confident and articulate with public speaking.
- Capacity to persevere through rejection and derive valuable lessons from it.
- Desire to grow and become a better person and leader.
- BA/BS preferred but not required.

Schedule and Location:
You must be available to travel and meet customers all over the state of New Jersey. This includes accommodating customers' schedules with varying hours of the day, Monday-Saturday.
