Position Details:
- Schedule: Full-time, 9 AM – 6 PM or 12 PM – 6 PM
- Requirement: Current CDA certification
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a structured, engaging classroom with strong classroom management skills
- Collaborate with co-teachers, therapists, and administrators to ensure high-quality education
- Implement Creative Curriculum, lesson plans, and child assessments using Teaching Strategies
- Set up interest centers and maintain a clean, safe learning environment
- Ensure compliance with SUTQ, ODJFS licensing rules, and CACFP food program
- Communicate effectively with children, families, and staff
