Shift - 08:00 AM to 04:30 PM
Contract - 09 Weeks
Pay Rate - $73/hr on W2.
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Nursing to oversee our nursing department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing and leadership, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Duties
- Manage and supervise nursing staff in various healthcare settings such as nursing homes or home health agencies
- Develop and implement care plans for patients
- Ensure compliance with Medicare regulations and company policies
- Provide leadership in shift management and coordination of nursing activities
- Utilize physiology and anatomy knowledge to guide nursing practices
Skills
- Strong understanding of physiology and anatomy
- Experience in managing nursing teams
