Position - Director of Nursing
Location - Albuquerque, NM
Shift - 08:00 AM to 04:30 PM
Contract - 09 Weeks
Pay Rate - $70/hr on W2.
Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Nursing to oversee our nursing department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, acute care, and nursing administration.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and direction to the nursing staff
- Supervise and mentor nursing personnel
- Ensure compliance with all nursing standards and regulations, including HIPAA
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures
- Coordinate patient care plans with healthcare providers
- Manage nursing budgets and resources effectively
- Oversee nursing operations in various settings such as hospice care, assisted living, and home health
Requirements
- Current registered nurse (RN) license
- Extensive experience in acute care settings
- In-depth knowledge of nursing practices and physiology
- Proven track record in nurse management and supervising roles
- Familiarity with hospice care, assisted living, and home health services
- Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and compliance requirements
Job Type: Contract
Pay: Up to $70.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
