Job Overview

Duties
- Manage and supervise all nursing staff, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures
- Oversee the coordination of resident care plans, including MDS assessments
- Ensure compliance with Medicare regulations and resident rights
- Provide leadership in shift management and maintain efficient nursing operations
- Utilize physiology knowledge to guide nursing practices and decision-making
Skills
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in supervising nursing staff
- Proficiency in managing MDS assessments and Medicare regulations
- In-depth understanding of nursing home operations and resident rights
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
