Responsibilities:
- Provide care as defined within the scope of the state’s nurse practice act.
- Perform initial evaluation visits and regularly reevaluate the client’s nursing needs.
- Prepare clinical and progress notes and summaries of care.
- Assist in the development of organizational goals, policies, and procedures.
- Supervise, educate, and coach other nursing personnel/caregiving staff.
- Plan and implement in-service and training programs.
- Oversee the maintenance of client clinical records, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
- Stay informed on changes in the nursing and home health care fields and share updates with the team.
- Promote home health referrals within the health care community.
Requirements:
- Current unrestricted RN license in New Mexico
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from a National League of Nursing accredited program
- Minimum three (3) to five (5) years of clinical experience, with at least one (1) year in home health, primary care, or health facility (preferred)
- Reliable car/auto insurance
- Clean background and criminal record
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance (state and federal)
- Adherence to HIPAA and maintaining client confidentiality
- Strong nursing assessment, supervisory, and leadership skills
- Proven ability to implement quality improvements within operations
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel daily, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Pay: $97,500.00 - $104,500.00 per year
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
Schedule:
- 12 hour shift
- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
