As a Director of Demand Generation, you'll work directly with our Content, RevOps, Client, Product Marketing, Sales Development, and AE teams to set and execute strategies that build and accelerate New Logo pipeline across North America and EMEA.
What You'll Do :
- Demand Generation : Develop, lead, execute, and measure multi-channel demand generation programs to drive inbound pipeline generation, brand awareness, and accelerated revenue. You look at the entire new acquisition funnel and prioritize campaign creation & investment based on revenue impact. You own CAC, budget, channel, and campaign modeling and ROI.
- Campaign Strategy & Management : Lead the creation and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns to drive qualified conversions and meet our growth objectives (digital, email, paid media, organic social, webinars, website, events and more). Manage A / B testing to improve campaign performance, conversion rates, and engagement.
- Paid Media Strategy and Management : Execute performance marketing to deploy our budget effectively across digital channels, including but not limited to : Google Ads, 6Sense, Bing, LinkedIn, and more. Lead A / B testing and conversion rate optimization across digital properties.
- Pipeline Management : Track and optimize the funnel from awareness to conversion, working closely with Revenue Operations to ensure accurate forecasting, analysis, and optimization of lead generation efforts. Must be able to independently model and track channel attribution, manage UTMs and conversion tracking, measure and optimize pipeline sources, campaigns, lead flows and handoffs, and make CRM funnel optimizations.
- Data Analysis and Reporting : Analyze multiple data sources to report on results and deliver spend recommendations. You marry the data with actionable insights that drive impact on revenue (CRM, ABM Tools, Web Analytics, PPC analytics, etc.).
- Revenue & ROI Accountability : Be accountable to revenue and pipeline results, not leads. You will optimize for ROI and qualified pipeline to marketing spend ratios.
- Leadership, Strategy, and Project Management : Work directly with our content, creative, product marketing, and client expansion teams to ensure demand generation campaigns are aligned with product launches and go-to-market strategies. Drive innovation with Agentic AI and product-led growth motions to rapidly increase awareness, consideration & purchase of our solutions.
