What you'll be doing...
The ideal Assistant Shopping Editor candidate will maintain content that’s strategically designed to meet affiliate goals. You will be data-driven and able to package learned insights into stories that align with Who What Wear’s voice.
You will have a compelling writing style, understand the Who What Wear brand, and create innovative content ideas that delight readers and drive results. Lastly, you are comfortable being front-of-camera to film and participate in social extension of some of our shopping and brand-building stories.
Experience that will put you ahead of the curve...
- 2 years of experience writing fashion / shopping content for a digital publication
- Excellent verbal and writing skills and strong visual sensibilities
- Comprehensive knowledge of the fashion and retail space
- Bring a creative approach to our traditionally top-performing story categories, with a natural desire to make decisions informed by data and performance
- Success at collaborating with various teams across business categories, including distribution, art, sales, and data teams
- General working knowledge of affiliate marketing, HTML, CMS, and SEO tools—able to study and track analytics to improve performance. Photoshop is a plus
