What you'll be doing
Reporting into the Editorial Director, the ideal Associate Fashion Editor will be well-versed in the fashion space and has previous experience pitching and writing top-performing content for a digital publication. You will be data-driven and able to package your learned insights into stories that align with Who What Wear’s voice.
You will quickly turn an idea into a well-executed final product. You will possess a compelling writing style, understanding the Who What Wear brand, and produce innovative content ideas that delight readers and drive results. Lastly, you will need to be comfortable being front-of-camera to film and participate in social extension of some of our shopping and brand-building stories.
Experience that will put you ahead of the curve
- 2 years of experience writing fashion content for a digital publication
- Excellent verbal and writing skills and visual sensibilities
- 3 years of experience with the fashion space
- Success at collaborating with multiple teams across business categories, including distribution, art, sales, and data teams
- General working knowledge of affiliate marketing, HTML, CMS, and SEO tools—easily able to study and track analytics to improve performance.
