- }}} Ticketing System{{{{:}}}} Serve as the first contact for general queries through the People Ticketing system. Respond promptly and professionally with clear, accurate information. Escalate issues as needed and ensure users are informed of the next steps. Maintain a courteous tone, follow up, and close tickets once re
- solved Onboarding{{{{:}}}} Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, complete new hire onboarding m
- eetings. Benefits Administration{{{{:}}}} Support employee benefits questions, support oversight of benefit plans, and support ongoing benefit
- discussions Employee Relations{{{{:}}}} be first contact for employee relations issues, advise management on best practices while administering P&C policies and procedures, and escalating
- where required HRIS Administration/Data Management{{{{:}}}} Maintain employee information, employee files, the recruitment system and documentation. Keep the system of record up-to-date and 100% accurate by administering changes and generating reports. Verify correct information with 3rd
- party providers. Performance Management{{{{:}}}} Help promote and administer company performance management process, provide support for policy interpretations, and support managers and employees t
