FutureCare is excited to open our second location in Anne Arundel County, FutureCare Annapolis. We are looking to hire a group of outstanding leaders to help build the team that will operate this new location. The facility is currently undergoing a multi-million-dollar upgrade project with a goal of opening for business in late spring of 2025. FutureCare Annapolis will be licensed as a 154-bed skilled nursing facility serving the post-acute and long-term care needs of the community. Salary Range : $170,000-$190,000
Salary Disclosure Statement : The salary mentioned above reflects the potential pay range for this role and bonuses or other incentives (if applicable), are offered separately. Offers will consider such factors as overall experience, job-related qualifications, location, certifications / training, etc.
Responsibilities
- Direct the day-to-day operations of FutureCare Health Center in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.
- Assure that the highest degree of quality care is provided to residents at all times.
- As Director, you are delegated the administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary for carrying out your assigned duties.
- Adopt and implement innovative practices to improve care and operations.
- Ensure that nursing staff remains in compliance with professional development and regulatory standards.
- Monitor and manage labor and expense controls.
- Ensure monthly financial goals and targets are met.
- Maintain a healthy, collaborative team environment.
- Assure the highest level of customer services is delivered to our residents, families, and team members.
