What are the responsibilities and job description for the Program Analyst position at Futures Community Support Services Inc?
- Collect data and evaluate Futures compliance with agency policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Be knowledgeable about Office of Developmental Programs Regulations, Bulletins, and Communication
- Monitoring and reporting on all activities, processes, and procedures.
- Developing internal auditing tools and conducting internal audits and reports.
- Evaluates the effectiveness of services and recommends changes where needed.
- Assist Human Resources in developing and implementing a robust employee onboarding, orientation, and training.
- Participates in the review, monitoring, and billing for all ID services; involved in budgets of community homes, Life Sharing, and Home & Community services.
- In coordination with administration implements and enhances new programs and services.
- Serves as Futures Incident Management Representative.
- Coordinates and facilitates activities related to performance-based contracting
- Actively participates in agency teams/committees as directed
- Updates and disseminates inter-agency information
- Assists in ensuring the health, safety, and wellness of all individuals receiving services through Futures.
- Promotes the principles, philosophies, and goals of Office of Developmental Programs
- Maintains effective working relationship with SCO, AE, ODP, DDTT and all external stakeholders.
- Completes training as assigned
- Provides support and problem-solving techniques to Program Specialists, Program Managers, Clinical team as needed.
- Maintain certifications as assigned by your immediate supervisor or administration.
- Maintain an effective working relationship with all departments within Futures
- Assists CEO and Directors of Programs as THERAP administrator
- Ensures compliance with Futures electronic health record
- Develops and Implements policies and procedures
- Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data
- Acts as a liaison between other inter-agency departments.
- Completes any and all related tasks as requested by immediate supervisor.
Must have
valid drivers license
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Pass a criminal background check
Be a U.S. citizen.
