What are the responsibilities and job description for the Architectural Project Manager position at Futures Consulting, LLC?
We are seeking a full time Architectural Project Manager with 7-10 years’ experience in all phases of design and construction looking to expand their career within a dynamic and diverse studio environment. Successful candidates will have experience in leading a wide range of project types and will be able to work independently as well as in a team environment while completing multiple deadlines simultaneously.
Minimum Requirements
- B. Arch or M. Arch degree from an NAAB accredited program
- Registered through NCARB
- Licensed or ready to be licensed in the State of South Carolina
- Technical proficiency of REVIT and Adobe Creative Suite
- Thorough knowledge of codes and zoning regulations
- Possess excellent technical architectural detailing skills in all project phases from Conceptual Design through Construction Administration
- Excellent oral and written skills
- Possess self-motivation, strong work ethic and personally driven to consistently meet goals
Responsibilities
- Acceptance of CCA’s core values
- Collaborate with other professionals in the office and with consulting engineers
- Demonstrate experience on wide range of project types including commercial, institutional, educational, and residential
- Plan and execute projects from inception through completion
- Ability to teach less experienced designers in all aspects of projects

Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
