Plumbing Designer/Engineer - Denver, CO
We are seeking a skilled Plumbing Engineer/Designer with a minimum of 4 years' experience. This is a career opportunity for a person who has previous experience in the building consulting engineering business as a project designer, engineer, or project manager.
The ideal candidate would have experience designing plumbing for large institutional type buildings like healthcare, labs, prisons, higher ed, k-12, etc.
We need a conscientious, responsible individual who is well versed in plumbing systems design for institutional and commercial buildings. The candidate will have knowledge in operating Revit (minimum 4 years' experience) and AutoCAD to draft and design Plumbing Systems.
Typical Responsibilities:
- Performs involved and detailed design requirements.
- Knowledgeable of plumbing design elements in healthcare, institutional, and educational facilities.
- Performs 3D Revit and 2D CAD work.
- Completes project designs, drawings, specifications, system studies, calculations, correspondence, survey, code studies, and construction administration as necessary.
The candidate must have:
- 5-year technical degree or design course certificate from an accredited institution.
- High level of written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Proficient computer skills in Revit, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, etc.).
- Good people skills.
- Great attitude is a MUST
Salary : $86,000 - $106,000
