Job Title: Executive Assistant
Location: Futures Training Center, Southern California (On-site)
Compensation: $24-$33 per hour, 40 hours per week

Futures Training Center is a state-of-the-art baseball and softball training facility dedicated to developing athletes at all levels. We use cutting-edge technology and expert coaching to provide our athletes with the best training experience. We are currently looking for a proactive and tech-savvy Executive Assistant to support our two co-founders in various administrative and operational tasks.
Job Description:
As an Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, organized into key areas:
Administrative Support
- Schedule management for executives, including coordinating meetings and appointments.
- Note-taking during meetings and preparing detailed summaries.
- Preparing, proofreading, and editing documents and presentations.
- HR filing and maintenance of records.
Marketing and Communications
- Marketing support, including flyer creation and social media posting.
- Customer service and client communication.
Operational and Financial Assistance
- Coordinating travel arrangements for executives and team members.
- Office and facility purchasing to ensure operational needs are met.
- Assisting with budget management and financial tracking.
Event and Project Coordination
- Planning and coordinating team events and special activities.
- Supporting special projects, conducting research, and preparing comprehensive reports.
- Tracking project progress, ensuring deadlines are met, and coordinating with departments for task execution.
Personal Assistance
- Handling personal tasks for the executives, such as scheduling personal appointments and managing household-related needs.
Compliance and Organization
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in HR and accounting.
- Strong competency with technology and software; experience in a fast-paced environment is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive, self-starter attitude with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
- A background in athletics or familiarity with the sports industry is a plus.
- Ability to be a team player and maintain positive relationships with staff members.
