Job Responsibilities
\- Oversee the daily activities of the production facility, ensuring that all processes are running efficiently and effectively.
\- Evaluate and inspect advanced manufacturing systems to ensure optimal performance.
\- Provide guidance and leadership to personnel, motivating them to achieve production goals.
\- Troubleshoot industrial equipment faults and identify root causes to support production management workflow.
\- Maintain basic proficiency in all production line equipment and knowledge of Fuyao products and PLEX system.
\- Communicate with FGA planners, customers, and suppliers to resolve shipping and receiving issues.
\- Organize and direct forklift drivers to optimize warehouse operations.
\- Ensure compliance with human resources and attendance policies, as well as maintain accurate inventory records.
\- Train new employees on work instructions and procedures.
\- Conduct regular inspections of empty customer racks and manage monthly inventory reports.
\- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
\- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and drive business growth.
\- Foster open communication with employees, addressing concerns and promoting a positive work environment.
\- Other duties as assigned by management.
\- The employee is occasionally exposed to extreme heat.
\- The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
\- Safety requirements include safety glasses and steel-toed work boots.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
\- 1-3 years manufacturing experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
\- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
\- Fluency in English and Mandarin
\- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
\- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
\- Basic computer skills and knowledge of manufacturing software
\- Forklift operation certification required
\- Powered Industrial Truck Certification also preferred
