We are seeking a skilled Glass Production Maintenance Expert to join our team at Fuyao Glass Corporation of America. As a key member of our production staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and maintenance of our glass production equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections, identify potential issues, and take corrective action to prevent downtime. Conduct repairs and perform preventive maintenance tasks as required.
- Technical Support: Provide technical assistance and guidance to production staff on equipment operation and maintenance procedures.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all equipment is functioning correctly and efficiently, minimizing waste and optimizing production output.
- Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with the engineering department to implement process improvements and optimize equipment performance.
Requirements
- Education: Junior college or above, major in machinery, electric, or relevant majors.
- Experience: At least two years of manufacturing experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
- Certifications: Electro welding certificate.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, turn at the waist, reach, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds.
