Fuze HR Solutions Inc. is seeking dynamic Sales Directors (Director of Business Development) to join our growing team in Las Vegas, Nevada!
As the Director of Business Development, you will play a key role in driving the entire sales cycle - from prospecting and engaging new clients to successfully closing deals. This role offers flexibility to target multiple industries aligned with our business, presenting an exciting and highly lucrative opportunity to capture diverse markets.
What you'll be doing
- Act as an independent staffing sales contributor, taking on a hunter role to consistently achieve and report progress towards financial targets, including both sales and pipeline development.
- Prospect business opportunity leads that require recruitment and staffing services through a variety of media and cold calling techniques.
- Formulate and execute strategies targeting potential customers and markets to expand business reach and take emerging opportunities.
- Establish connections with hiring managers across diverse industries seeking contract and permanent employees.
- Develop and sustain strong customer relationships across multiple groups and organizational levels.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through effective sales strategies and client engagement.
What we need from you
- Must have full working rights in the U.S.
- 3 years of proven sales/hunting experience in the recruitment/staffing industry.
- Strong prospecting, cold calling, and relationship-building skills.
- A strong work ethic with high standards of excellence.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
