Job Summary The Facilities Coordinator and IT Support will coordinate and facilitate scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and repairs of all equipment and systems to maintain efficient and smooth operation of FVCbank offices and branches. Requires occasional travel to other FVCbank locations. Essential Job Functions

Job Summary The Facilities Coordinator and IT Support will coordinate and facilitate scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and repairs of all equipment and systems to maintain efficient and smooth operation of FVCbank offices and branches. Requires occasional travel to other FVCbank locations. Essential Job Functions
- Assist with scheduling general building and equipment repairs and preventative maintenance
- Confirms assigned equipment is in proper working order and available for use
- Maintains physical spaces, ensuring a safe, clean, and functional environment
- Receives, manages, and processes work order requests; ensures problems are resolved quickly
- Assists with coordinating maintenance and repair of all building systems. Building systems include alarm/safety panels, HVAC, electrical, lighting, plumbing, fire protection, structural, hardware and keying
- Acts as liaison between management and any outside contractors needed to resolve specialized problems
- Maintains inventory of supplies and parts; reorders as needed
- Coordinate and report deficiencies of facilities, provides suggestions for improvement
- Help coordinate preventive maintenance programs to ensure optimal performance of all equipment
- Available for various shifts and to occasionally work extended hours, nights, weekends and holiday to ensure necessary repairs are completed. Responds to afterhours emergencies if other personnel are not available
- Assists with the installation, configuration and maintenance of computers, workstations and/or other related equipment and devices
- Provides IT support for PCs, tablets, printers, phones, servers, and related equipment
- Perform routine IT technical assistance, password resets, hardware repairs and replacements for desktops, and laptops.
- Accurately documents instances of desktop equipment or component failure, repair, installation, and removal. Assists with equipment inventory.
- Assist in the procurement and setup of new IT equipment
- Travel to FVCbank locations for onsite technical support
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience as facilities/property management admin and basic technical support
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software necessary to create and maintain reports and logs.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Moderate level of analytical and problem solving skills.
- Self-motivated, resourceful and detailed oriented.
- Excellent communication, both verbal and written, with the ability to summarizing findings and presenting in a clear, concise manner to Management.
- The ability to navigate the internet, and perform research from additional online resources.
- Proficiency utilizing current technology and software applications related to the position, including the Microsoft Office Suite of applications.
- Understand the confidentiality of work environment and respond accordingly to protect and preserve sensitive information.
- Ability to sit, stand, kneel, and bend for extended periods of time
- Must be able to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other computer components
- Ability to converse and exchange information with all levels of staff within the organization
- Ability to observe, perceive, and identify data
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time
- Must be able to travel to multiple locations, including with equipment, as needed.
