Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our rapidly growing decking team. In this role, you’ll help keep our site leaders productive and focused. Duties
- Prepare and clean up construction sites, including daily tidying and end-of-day organization.
- Load and unload materials and equipment, ensuring items are stored securely.
- Operate basic hand and power tools as directed.
- Assist with installations of structures, frameworks, and fixtures.
- Maintain a safe, organized work environment by following all safety protocols.
- Proactively anticipate tasks and ensure tools and materials are ready for upcoming work.
- Collaborate with the team to meet project deadlines and maintain high-quality standards.
Experience
- Previous construction or related experience is helpful but not required.
- Familiarity with safety practices on job sites is a plus.
- Ability to handle physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
