We are seeking a dedicated Help Desk Analyst to join our dynamic IT support team. Duties
- Provide first-level technical support for internet.
- Respond to user inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Utilize ticket management, tracking user requests, and documenting solutions.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to escalate complex issues as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of support activities and user interactions for reporting purposes.
- Billing

Qualifications
- Previous experience in a help desk or IT support role is preferred.
- Strong understanding of internet
- can type 60 words a minute
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical information clearly to non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
