Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Midwest Sales Territory Manager to drive growth and strengthen relationships in the equine market. This remote position requires someone with a deep understanding of the Midwest territory and a passion for sales, people, and delivering exceptional service.
What Youll Do

Relationship Building:
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with store managers, equine market leaders, and key decision-makers.

Territory Management:
- Analyze market trends, customer segments, and competitive landscapes within the Midwest territory.
- Identify and prioritize potential clients to establish a robust sales pipeline.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy tailored to the equine market.

Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Promote and sell Jolly Pets and Horsemens Pride products to new and existing customers, achieving individual sales goals.
- Drive revenue by cross-selling, up-selling, and leveraging monthly promotions.

Pipeline Management:
- Follow up on leads to acquire new clients and expand business opportunities throughout the sales cycle.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the companys CRM system.

Negotiation and Closing:
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and agreements to close deals that meet customer needs and company profitability goals.

Market Insights:
- Stay informed on equine industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Act as an expert on Jolly Pets and Horsemens Pride products, providing feedback to enhance product offerings and customer satisfaction.
