What We Need :
We are seeking an outgoing, sales-driven individual who currently resides in southern Florida to join our Oasis Grower Solutions team in the position of Territory Sales Manager! This position will manage our southeast territory which may include Florida, Georgia, Alabama and Mississippi. In this position, the Territory Sales Manager will promote the general sales effort at desired price levels to maximize sales revenue and profits and will be responsible for all sales and presentations of company products and programs within a defined territory and / or product specific customer base.
Key responsibilities of this position include (but are not limited to) :
- Maintaining customer relationships through through :
Timely phone calls / communication
50-70% of time devoted to on-road sales
Cold calls and prospecting
Participates in sales department meetings to provide customer feedback
Introduces, defines, expands and consistently maintains the existence of the Oasis Grower Solutions brand in the marketplace
Provides direction in sales planning
Accountable for implementation of sales plan
Responsible for annual grower goals.

Please note that we are seeking candidates who currently reside in southern Florida. The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $114,000 and includes a 20% annual bonus potential.
