What are the responsibilities and job description for the Workforce Analyst position at FYI For Your Information Inc?
Your Day to Day includes but is not limited to :
- Conducting market research to assess trends and customer demands.
- Analyzing both qualitative and quantitative data from various sources.
- Tracking shifts in market conditions, technological advancements, and industry-specific changes, to determine and address gaps in force / manpower management, businesses processes and resource allocation.
- Performing comprehensive market analysis to strategically provide recommendations that align with organizational goals while maintaining cost-efficiency and minimizing risk.
- Assisting with comparison / benefit studies to ensure that the projected estimated costs and benefits or opportunities associated with a project decision to determine the benefits from a business perspective.
- Advising personnel in related activities to resolve problems and coordinate the work, reviews and analysis.
- Working with agency staff and subject matter experts to evaluate the soundness of strategies, adherence to agency policy and procedural guidance.
