Job Description:
Provide technical and functional support for Oracle MWM Application
Responsibilities include but not limited to - Assist with MWM Production/Deployment Changes - Assist with AMR/Manual Meter Reads download/upload related issues - Assist with MWM System Configuration, Shift Templates/Schedules, including setup and changes, and monitoring Appointment Baseline. - Data fixes to resolve communication errors between systems in real time so all work will be completed on the same day. Working ToDos for Oracle Customer-to-Meter (C2M), MWM, and ODM - Process Improvements and Priority Requests for Meter Services
Any new work/special projects at the discretion of the Utility Services Manager(s) and/or Meter Service
Education:
Bachelor s Degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, System Analysis, Information Systems or a related field. A Master s Degree in a related field of Information Technology is preferred.
Skills/Experience
A minimum of eight (8) years of experience in Oracle MWM, ODM and CC&B (C2M)
A minimum of four (4) years of Oracle MWM Support and/or Development
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to function well within team
Must have at least five (5) years of experience in the developing/design reports using complex Queries from various database system.
Must have experience with application troubleshooting and root-cause analysis
