About the Role :
Are you a driven and innovative technology leader with a strong background in software development and a passion for building solutions that empower private wealth teams? Our client, a global leader in private markets investment solutions, is seeking a Technical Lead to shape and implement cutting-edge technology strategies. In this role, you’ll bridge technical expertise with business acumen to drive the evolution of sophisticated platforms supporting financial operations.
What You’ll Do :
Solution Design & Development
Design and develop scalable, high-quality software solutions tailored to private wealth needs.
Lead the integration of diverse systems using Azure API Management, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and other cloud-native tools.
Build and maintain RESTful APIs with technologies like ASP.NET Core, SQL, and NoSQL (e.g., Cosmos DB).
Collaborate with business analysts to translate business needs into technical specifications.
Proactively assess and address security, QA, and performance standards in all implementations.
Platform Strategy & Innovation
Drive the creation of innovative prototypes to explore emerging technologies.
Analyze build-vs-buy scenarios to recommend the best solutions.
Lead efforts to improve process efficiency through automation and modern engineering principles.
Product Leadership
Partner with stakeholders to align on product vision and maintain a dynamic product roadmap.
Oversee testing, implementation, and continuous improvement of enterprise applications.
Identify and prioritize business demands, ensuring timely delivery of solutions.
Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for enterprise applications and integrations.
Collaboration & Communication
Work closely with cross-functional teams in a collaborative global environment.
Serve as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, effectively communicating complex technical concepts.
Mentor team members, ensuring excellence in execution and fostering a culture of innovation.
What You Bring :
8-10 years of hands-on experience in technical leadership or development, ideally in SaaS or financial systems.
Proficiency in programming languages like C#, JavaScript, Python , and expertise in SQL . PowerBI knowledge is a plus.
Strong foundation in computer science principles and engineering best practices.
Proven experience in delivering real-time, distributed systems using agile methodologies.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, solve complex problems, and prioritize competing demands.
Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma principles and a track record of driving process improvements.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
A self-starter mindset with a proactive approach to challenges and opportunities.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience). Financial Services experience is a bonus.
