VP - Product Manager – Wealth CRM
Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid – 2-3 days/week in-office)
We’re supporting a global investment firm as they continue to scale their private wealth offering. They’re hiring a VP, Product Manager to lead the design, build, and implementation of their Salesforce CRM—transforming how advisors, sales, and clients engage with the firm’s wealth platform.
This is a high-impact role at the heart of a strategic initiative to modernize client interactions, streamline workflows, and scale the business. You’ll be working cross-functionally with the Head of Wealth, IT, and other senior stakeholders to drive product strategy, roadmap development, user adoption, and delivery.
What you’ll be doing:
- Own and lead the Salesforce CRM product vision, roadmap, and backlog
- Translate business needs into actionable capabilities and solutions
- Collaborate with leaders across Wealth, Institutional, and IT teams
- Lead CRM implementation and future optimization phases
- Drive stakeholder engagement, user adoption, and change management
- Influence process improvement, client experience, and operational efficiency
What we’re looking for:
- Deep Salesforce experience (Administrator or Advanced Admin preferred)
- Proven track record leading enterprise CRM builds, ideally in Wealth or Financial Services
- Strong understanding of the private wealth client lifecycle (advisory, onboarding, regulatory, etc.)
- Strategic mindset with excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills
- Experience with agile delivery, product ownership, and stakeholder management
- 10–15 years across Product Management, Wealth Management, Consulting, or Tech
