Key Responsibilities
- Engage with homeowners and business owners to introduce our services, highlight benefits, and address any concerns.
- Perform storm damage assessments and professionally assist clients with the insurance claim process.
- Deliver engaging and consultative sales presentations to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prospect and generate new leads through door-to-door canvassing and other proactive methods.
- Manage multiple clients simultaneously while staying organized and detail-oriented.
- Conduct comprehensive roof inspections for residential and commercial properties to assess conditions, identify damage, and recommend necessary repairs.
- Document inspection findings with photos and detailed notes to provide accurate information for clients and internal teams.
- Assist in preparing detailed reports and estimates based on inspection results.
- Collaborate closely with sales and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Attend on-site visits to understand customer needs and deliver outstanding service.
Qualifications:
- Outgoing, confident, and self-motivated with a passion for success.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain client trust.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Comfortable working outdoors, inspecting roofs, and safely climbing ladders.
- Sales experience is preferred but not required—we provide comprehensive training for the right candidates.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
