Duties
- Conduct outbound calls to coordinate distribution activities
- Provide top-notch client services to address inquiries and resolve issues
- Handle cash transactions accurately and securely
- Utilize computerized systems to analyze and process distribution data
- Maintain phone etiquette standards during client interactions
Requirements
- Proficiency in English and multilingual abilities are advantageous
- Prior experience in customer service and outbound calling is preferred
- Strong analytical skills to assess distribution processes effectively
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Familiarity with computerized systems for data processing
