Our client is seeking an HR Project Manager II for a 1-2 month contract with the possibility of an extension. This role is fully remote, however, Candidates MUST BE LOCATED IN NJ.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Percentage of projects completed on time and within budget
- Tracks adherence to project schedules and milestones
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budgets
- Project manage major initiatives, including tracking critical path and subordinate tasks
- Develop and implement comprehensive process maps and process architecture and documentation for new or changing business processes
- Develop job aids and SOPs
- Completes update slides on key initiatives for keeping stakeholders and leaders informed
- Identifies standard practices for HR projects such as change management elements, expanded stakeholder alignment tasks, testing, detailed cutover plans, etc.
Required Experience:2-4 years of experience in process analysis and project management
- 2-4 years experience in HR process and technology-focused projects
- Proficiency in process mapping tools required (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, etc.)
- Proficiency with project management software required (e.g. Smartsheet or similar)
- Experience with Workday or similar complex cloud-based HR software preferred
