What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounts Payable Specialist position at G&A Services LLC?
REQUIREMENTS/DUTIES:
- Strong experience in accounts payable transactions.
- Invoice allocation, cash disbursements analysis and related functions.
- Payroll processing with outside payroll companies and related summary detail processing.
- Working knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook a must.
SKILLS:
- Strong written and verbal communication skill.
- Analytical, multi-tasking and detail-oriented.
- Interpersonal.
- Strong organizational skills.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- Bookkeeping background along with current or prior MAS 90 or Sage 100 experience a plus.
- Bank reconciliation a plus.
- Payroll experience a plus.
