Job Summary:
The Fleet Inventory Clerk is responsible overseeing parts management and maintenance support within the shop and other facilities. Key responsibilities include ensuring the availability and proper storage of parts. Conduct regular inventory counts and assisting with equipment breakdowns, This role is crucial for maintaining operational efficiency and supporting the repair and maintenance function of our shop and other facilities.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
- Issuing of parts needed for repairs in Shop facilities
- Stocking parts in proper locations in parts rooms and shop
- Part room bin counts
- Warranty process assistance
- Assist with breakdown calls
- Work order Processing
- Maintenance schedule assistance
- Filing assistance
- Complies with all safety policies, practices and procedures and reports all unsafe activities to supervisor and/or Human Resources
- Participates in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Provides leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge/skill
Qualifications:
- Basic personal computer skills, including electronic mail, routine database activity, word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, etc.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Starting Pay: $16.00 - $18.00
